Since starting the scholarship program in 2006, the MedPro Rx Education is Powerscholarship program has provided 429 scholarships totaling over $421,000 to students nationwide who have hemophilia A, hemophilia B or von Willebrand Disease (vWD).
ELIGIBILITY
Eligible scholarship applicants include individuals living with Hemophilia and von Willebrand Disease. A minimum of 20 scholarships will be awarded ranging in value from $500-$2,500. Scholarships will be awarded based on the following requirements:
- Must have a bleeding disorder as defined above
- Must be a United States resident
- Must be entering or attending a community college, junior college, four-year college, university, or vocational school in the fall of 2015
- Community involvement and/or volunteer work
DEADLINE
It is important that you get your application and all supporting documents in and postmarked by June 1, 2015. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
